Night Splint - ambidextrous
This night splint is the best type available currently. It is used to relieve heel pain by supporting and stretching the plantar fascia and achilles tendon while you sleep. People with heel pain usually have pain in the morning and with the first step of the day. The night splint helps to stop this pain. Most people sleep with ther feet relaxed which allows the plantar fascia to become contracted for eight hours. When standing in the morning, the fascia is stretched and pain occurs. The night splint stretches the fascia all night so it doesn't get contracted. The splint is also easily collapsable for transport or storage.
