Tineacide Cream
This cream is applied two to three times a day to the toenail area on the affected toenails that have fungus in the toenail. The cream works very well to rid the nail plate of yellow thick looking areas. It can take anywhere from two weeks to three months to work. There are no side affects noted with this cream. No blood testing has to be performed and there’s no liver toxicity associated with its use. It is the most effective topical medication for fungal toenails that we have found.

Tolnaftate Cream
This cream is for athlete’s foot. It is over the counter but it is the strongest cream that we’ve found to treat athletes foot without a prescription. Apply this cream twice a day to the affected area on your feet and the infection should subside. Two tubes are included with the purchase.

Hibiclens
Hibiclenz is an excellent cleansing product. It’s what we use to scrub our hands before surgery. It sterilizes the part you scrub and kills the bacteria. We use it quite frequently for washing the foot if there’s an open wound or if there is an incision on the foot that has to heal. It’s better and more effective than hydrogen peroxide, alcohol, or Betadine in cleansing body parts.

Zostrix Arthritis Cream
This cream is used, not only for arthritis, but for neuropathy, diabetic neuropathy and general foot pain. If you have arthritis or foot pain, this cream can be applied 2-3 times a day to the affected site. Care however should be taken because this cream has an extract of the Jalapeño pepper plant which can burn the eyes or any other mucous membrane that the cream touches. Therefore, using gloves when applying this cream is important. It is very effective and proven through numerous studies to decrease diabetic neuropathic pain, general neuropathy pain and arthritis pain.

Heel Relief Cream
This is the best cream for dry skin on the feet or heel. It has special ingredients to soften skin and relieve itchiness due to dry cracked skin. Use this creamin combination with the heel cup to end dry peeling heels. Simply layer the heel cup with the heel relief cream, place cup on heel, put a sock over this and sleep with it on overnight to wake up to a well moisturized heel. Repeat as needed for resistant dry skin.
